The applicant will be the authorised user of the Australian Veteran Owned Business Trade Mark and must meet our organisation’s eligibility criteria to qualify.
If you do not have a website, Facebook, and/ or Instagram account, please type ‘N/A’ in the relevant text box.
You will need to provide a certified copy of your ADO Service Record or similar documentation in order to supply the Australian Veteran Owned Business with proof of eligibility for your chosen Certification Mark.
In order for the Australian Veteran Owned Business to advertise and list your business on our social media accounts and website you will need to provide a detailed description of the product and/or service that your business offers.
Some businesses choose to provide permanent discounts and offers to ADF and/or AVOB members. These can include things such as permanent percentage discount on products and services, free shipping, free consultations etc. It is not only a great way to show support for our extended ADF and AVOB families, but it will provide you with further exposure on our website as well as our e-newsletter.
The following is a checklist which details the necessary documents that the Australian Veteran Owned Business will need in order to finalise your membership application.
By submitting this form you hereby agree to, and give permission for, the Australian Veteran Owned Business to generate your Trade Mark Licence and membership invoice and, in doing so, you also agree to provide the necessary documentation and payment within seven (7) days of receipt. Failing to comply may result in changes to the fee payable and manner of payment should the applicant wish to proceed with membership at a later date.
